Recently I had lekadge from the heater (outlet heater pipe the one on the left of the pic) I went to a dealer and other garadges and none could find the needed parts the car needs, they suggested I should get the parts myself somewhere online and ask them to install it once i get the items. However, I having some difficulties in finding some items since I am not a mechanic.

From my research I suppose I should be looking heater to engine hose.

And here are the links of parts in need

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...at+&+air+conditioning,heater+hose+/+pipe,6892

However there are different hose size such as 3/4 and 5/8 and I am not sure which oone fits my hummer H3 for both intlet and outlet pipe.

I'm seeing no wet spots or leakage in the picture. But if you have to get replacement hose you could always take the hoses off and take them with you to auto parts store so as to test fit and compare against off the shelf heater hose.

So let me confirm, what I need is heater to engine hose, is that right?

looks like nobody ever actually produced an answer here: what size quick-connectors go on the firewall, and can you just replace the connector or do you have to replace the entire hose?

parts stores were no help, but the closest info i can find brings two possibilities: both indicate 3/4" on the heater core side... but one is for 3/4" ID hose (Gates 28502) , and the other is for 5/8" ID hose (Gates 28501).

this is my wife's DD, so i ain't got time to drain it, pull parts, & run all over town comparing them (because nobody stocks any daggum thing around here)... or drain it so i can remove & measure, then reinstall & fill it back up just to wait for parts & do the whole job twice.

another oddity is that my driver's side line is crimped like OP's picture, but the passenger side has a hose clamp (but otherwise looks like a factory job with the molded bends & heat shielding). does the crimped side come off of the quick-connector, or is that an entire hose i'd have to replace? only the passenger side (with the clamp) is leaking, but i figured i'd do them both while i was in there.

for posterity, i was able to determine a couple things this week:

1) pictures of 06-08 engine bays look to all have crimped hoses on the heater core inlet and outlet... but janky as it seems, YES, my clamped outlet hose is factory for the 2009-2010 models (keeping the crimped inlet hose). this is the passenger side fitting of the two (because "left" don't help on a vertical picture).

2) you can replace the 09-10 heater core outlet's quick-connect fitting - GM 15138452 (equating to Gates 28502) - which is 3/4" on both ends.

3) the crimped inlet hose - GM 25958073 - has to be replaced as one entire thing from the core connector all the way to the water pump.

btw, not sure why you're digging up 7 year old threads.
because i got conflicting, incomplete, and sometimes inaccurate data when searching for confirmation of the correct answer.

since providing those clarifications simply followed up on the OP's question, it made more sense to consolidate the info here rather than starting a separate thread - equating to more junk to sift through that may or may not answer the question... causing people to not search forums in the first place.
