10 in stock ready to ship

New product:

On another forum there was a post a few months ago that the OEM intermediate shaft for the front diff is no longer available anywhere. Its common for the splines to wear out on the coupler side or the shaft snaps. We had a small run of these made to help out. Slightly larger diameter than stock and better material. Price includes shipping within USA.

Atvspeed4, that’s actually really wonderful to hear! Glad to know that you guys are still active, I thought things were slowing down.

Now, are these in conjunction with the new front Dana 50 differential you guys have been developing?? And, separately, are they able to used together, or will the new diff need a different intermediate shaft??

Oh yeah that's a good point! Any updates on the Dana 50 front diff? 👀 Having an outfitter front diff running 4.88s or 5.13s with a locker on a Rancho H3 with 37s might be pretty attractive option vs doing a SAS since it would be more of a direct bolt on.

I've been looking for a differential mount bracket, discontinued. Would you happen to know where to get one

These are just for OEM applications. As people start rebuilding front diffs and taking apart the coupler on the driverside they are starting to find that the splines are ruined or shaft starting to twist at the end. The OEM part is no longer available so we had a small run of these made. The Dana 50 diff we made uses much larger flanged shafts.

Right side. All I know is it's broke. There isn't one in the USA. There is about 6 in Australia, but they won't ship
Any pictures? We had a shop tell a customer that theirs "broke" but it ended up being that the bushing had completely disintegrated and metal sleeve was banging around. With new bushings it was fixed.

Glad you made this part! I just shipped a spare one to another owner. Happy to hear of a new supply and one that can be renewed.

Yes, the bushing needs replacing too. That's what was pointed out when I had muffler work done. Went to get that taken care of, and the bracket is broke. Atleast, That's what my mechanic said. The only other thing we know to do is weld it.

I will check to see what we have at the shop today. We usually try to have two in stock as cores for when we do a company build but I can ask my business partner if we can let one go since you are in a bind
