A few people PM me to post pics on the monitors with built in DVD players that's I had installed a while back by my audio sound buddy.

These are the after market monitors I hd installed by my buddy that owns the audio shop. They are much better then the OEMs and bigger too, with the ability to play a DVD separate then the front console screen. It also has wireless headphones, but the ability to connect wired headphones to it, also an SD card slot, and even a charger port (I need to get the adapter for my specific cell phone to use it as a charger) and also an additional slot for connecting a video game system or external component to it.

It was a whole one piece that slipped right in, and my audio sound buddy ordered them to match the black interior seating that I had redone about an year ago, because the grey was beat up and looked bad from being old, and I new the black would make it look meaner!

Really sweet but they need the HUMMER start up screen. I don't really care what size they are since that back seat is so uncomfortable for a 6ft guy to be back there. If I were to do it I'd drop the $300 for the rear seat recline, but again, don't spend any time back there.
Mine are the dealer installed units that my big footed kids catch their feet on the cords at the seat base occasionally and shut the whole unit down until you plug the cords back in.

They do have a SD card slot, maybe I can make them display "Hummer" on the screen! Because I agree, I would really like it to say that.

I found a set of DVD headrest from a 2008 H2 for $500 about three years ago. The thing I like most about them is they allow the headrest to tilt forward three positions. Most aftermarket one I have seen do not have the option of tilting forward to a comfortable position for my neck.

My headrests are floppy, I think whoever installed the monitors screwed up the little clicker things. There's no adjustment that holds, they just flop back because I roll with my seat in an almost reclined position. I realized I had a problem when a buddies kid was trying to look at them and kept leaning it forward and watching it fall back.......

Twinmill28, How about adding a piece of Velcro between where the bottom of the headrest meets the seat top itself? That should keep it from moving and you can just lift it up from the Velcro if you want to readjust it

Just put the strip all the way across, lengthwise so it looks like it's part of the headrest and seat itself. The only disadvantage is that the seat headrest will have to stay against the seat top in order for it to work. So if you like the headrest up high, it won't work.
