Well...Lol! As luck would have it I need the ever allusive 434 (02207B) door check again!!

Gosh, I must be the hardest user of door checks in Hummer'dom lol.. I need this darn door check again. I'm linking the previous post from approx.. 1 year ago with what the back story is. There must be an alternative to this part somewhere in the auto industry?

This is what happened last time. It is sounding, acting and behaving exactly the same to a tee this time. Right till it snapped.

Just the spring, or is there more going on I can't see in the pic?

Must be bad luck. Did GM use them in the Colorado's or another vehicle?

Those little capstan style rollers get wallowed out. Plus years of use. Got remember the replacements are all old and used.

Update:
Finally found a used one on ebay... paid a bit much for a silly door check but might have a winner. Numbers were similar but different. I'll update when I can.
