You know all those stories of car owners that started having weird electrical issues after a few years? Typically it can be traced back to a car alarm or similar, and it's fixed by ripping out that system. Not saying they all fail but many lead to frustration. Typically it's a wiring issue using Scotchlok connectors, twist connectors or worse. If you're going to do this I would do nothing less than a strong solder connection. The other part that fails, if not the wiring, are the sometimes inexpensive components made of low grade Chinesium.
I'm with Rascole - haven't heard of anyone doing this. Maybe we'll be better positioned to help if you could pose some specific questions as to what you need.
Also, is this system verified to work with Passlock, the H3 security system in the ignition?
