Hey, all!

This is the replacement for my beloved 03 H2. I have always been interested in H3Ts. They are extremely rare, but this truck is special. It is an Alpha Off-Road (V8 with front/rear locking differentials), cashmere cloth interior with 100% manual seats, Monsoon sound system plus other goodies I installed. Check it out below!

This is my new-to-me H3T Alpha Off-Road, Piglet. Named after my old build, Big Pig. She was a one-owner truck. pretty clean!

Installed GM Performance Exhaust (GM#19159984) [had the exhaust welded on instead of using OEM clamps].

That's the last mod I have installed for now. Currently deployed overseas...will have a ton of parts to put on when I return! Stay tuned. Here's what Piglet looked like when she was put away in December 2019.

Installed OEM brush guard (GM#12498478), fabricated new OEM brush guard gaskets (GM#88968027) as they are discontinued and mounted 5 BFG KM3 315.75.16" tires on Hutchinson Beadlock Wheels. These particular beadlock wheels are the prototypes from the AMSTAR (Am General) show vehicle used to showcase new Hummer products.

Thanks! It's about to get a lot nicer. I have a lot of NOS parts, including a new bed liner waiting to drop in. Trying to replace everything that's not 100% perfect while I can still get parts...and keep the originals as spare components in case of an accident.

Installed new shocks (F/R), sway bar end links (F/R), sway bar bushings (F/R), jounce bumpers (F/R), leaf springs (L/R), leaf spring shackle frame bushings (L/R), rocker panel trim (L/R) and H3T rock rails (L/R). The truck didn't really "need" these parts but I am trying to get it as close to new mechanically and cosmetically as I can. Plus, it never hurts to replace discontinued parts when you find new stuff and keep the old as spares.

Picked up a new-to-me SnugTop Slantback bed cover for the H3T. Had to drive all the way to Colorado from Texas! I will get it color matched at some point. Threw in a couple bonus pictures from the drive over. Colorado is a beautiful state.

Installed a few more roof tie down loops (GM#17801708) and adjustable bed tie down loops (GM#19159120). I realize it may look excessive, but there are only two loops per bed rail installed.
