i5 ECU/Harness V8 Conversion

I recently discovered a company that will modify your harness and reflash your i5 ECU to become a V8 ecu/harness, is this legit, didn't know this was possible due to odd things going on with GM OS compatibility and such (I have a 09 E67 ECU)

if thats the case I think I'll just fix up my junker h3 alpha I bought for the drivetrain and electronics.

I remember him from the early days of lurking on colorado forums for 5 cyl tech. He used to sell a turbo manifold and injectors for the 5 cyl was really nice guy answering all my questions but we are talking a LONG time ago

Huh, well I might reach out and just keep my ECU and harness to simplify things instead of pulling a alpha harness, ECU and BCM off my donor. The only thing I will need is the cast iron diff, hoping it doesn't explode with 500+ HP :| I really want to swap in a 8.25" but I don't know if I want to spend $5000 right now to do it

It will explode with 300hp. With 500, everything that turns will explode. Time for tons and 40's.

Well I'll be going with the 8.25" it is then. My new 3d scanner arrives in a couple weeks and I'll start on designing Diff mounts.. Coil overs should clear the front half shaft

I exploded 4 front diffs with the I5. It will not live.
