The description says no title. So that begs the question, why no title? Is it stolen? salvaged?
Im guessing to title it you would have to title it with a salvage title or some other process and thats why its so cheap. But the question remains, why is there no title? Did he total it and buy it back and just not title it?
Seems fishy unless he has a good reason.

A little trick, if possible, do a Google search of the VIN. A lot of times insurance companies will auction vehicles for parts with a history of what happened to it.
