Just built myself a nice oem style rear bumper mounted tire rack and thinking maybe one of you h 2 owners without a rack might like to buy one, get that nasty tire out of your clean cabin and get more room. Gm h2 tire racks sell for around $2,000.00 new if you can find one, i will sell a new custom built tire rack for under $ 1,100.00. Specs for the rack are below.
H2 oem style bumper mounted tire racks are made from 2'' x 4'' x .120 wall steel tube frame and a 2'' od x 9'' long solid steel pivot pin and uses a large bear claw latch with a built in lock, made from 1018 steel no cast iron and is powder coated in 30% black. At no extra cost we can off set the tire 11'' to the right or 2'' lower, makes room for jerry cans or tool / jack box, does not block tail light and better rear view mirror vision.
