Transmission Pan Question

I pulled the 4L60E transmission pan off my 2010 H3T Alpha and found two magnets inside. It has stamped in lines in for both magnet locations. Anybody else have two magnets in their trans pan? This leads to my second question... I had purchased 24208576 Transmission filter with gasket. I replaced the filter and the pan wouldn't fit. The new filter was too tall by maybe 6-8 millimeters or so. Has anybody else experienced this? Do I have the wrong pan on this transmission?

I'm not finding that as being compatible... Checked it out at Amazon and eBay.

Yes, it looks like you are correct. AC Delco 24225323 is correct. I found my part number on the Rock Auto website for reference, only AC Delco part number for my truck. I now realize it does say "used with deep pan". But another source says AC Delco 24225323. Somehow the dummy at the Chevy dealer sold me this one, even though I gave him the vin for my truck when I was ordering parts.
