Nerf Bars for Hummer H2

Greetings Everyone!

Does anybody recognize these nerf bars? They came with the Hummer when I bought it, but am not sure where to get new ones.



I was going to have them sanded and repainted, but the dealer said it would be cheaper just to get brand new ones.
