Yep, in Texas you can have whatever you can afford from Class III on down. You guys need to move to Real America.

I'm honestly considering it in the near future but unfortunately my employer's only office in the State is in Austin

I have an MPX with the 4.5" barrel, collapsible stock and a Romeo sight on it also. Pretty cool.
