B of A has been on a downward spiral for years. Look at their stock chart and that tells you all you need to know about how poorly managed they are and how badly their business decisions have worked out. I have zero interaction with them.

Same here. We closed our B of A acount about 3 years ago - worst run bank I've ever dealt with!

I had a WaMu, and they were okay, then the Chase thing happened. Add all this BoA stuff and at this point I don't trust banks period. Credit unions are the way to go.

I had a 0 balance paid up card but did not like their policies. Interest rates came down but they did not. Cut my card up years ago, covered it in vasoline in a ziplock bag and plain brown envelope and told them to stick it where the sun don't shine!
I hope whoever got it had a good laugh and passed the statement on.
They are not the only option but don't seem to know that??
Ditto Credit union. Offered me a low rate card when I also got a low refi on the H3.
