    2005 chevrolet silverado wheelbase

    Anyone can help me find out the wheelbase on the 2005-2006 2500 Diesel Silverado OR GMC Sierra? Regular cab and extended cab also the wheelbase on the H3T.

    You know it battle!!!! I still got 3 years or so till this happen but nothing is stopping me from buying a salvage Rado picking off the body and selling anything that still good bed lining the frame, putting lockers in the axles, power train rebuild and with time making a new harness to work with the T then just drop down the body.

    According to off-road.com the H3T wheelbase is 134.2"

    Aol Auto list the 2005 2500HD regular cab at 133.0" and the extended cab at 143.5"

    Just got to thinking that's allot of engine in the there so I may have to cut into the wheel well and push back the firewall? Or will I have enough room to make this happen?
