Change the terminals, that covers 50% of your issues right there!!! 3/4 on the temp gauge is fine, thats another 49%!

Yes, you should regear if you go to 38s. And it's normal for the roof lights to leak; RTV is your friend.

Tighten it untill it loosens back up, turn it back a quarter turn and call the apprentice over to finish up tightening it up!

Yes, you can wheel in Moab with All Terrain tires and no locker, just pick your lines carefully and don't get crazy
