Has anyone experienced slight overheating when your AC is in Recirculation Mode?
Just recently, in my 2005 H2 SUT with 112k miles, when I turned on Recirculation Mode, my temperature gauge went from a normal 200 degrees (just left of center), to just slightly past 210 degrees (slightly past center). When I turned Recirculation Mode off, the temp gauge went back down to a normal 200 degrees.
Right before the overheating occurred, the Recirculation mode button kept flashing and would not stay on until I turned AC off and turned it back on.
After I got home, I pulled the HVAC fuse and reset it. The Recirculation Mode button worked correctly and did not overheat. But, I am trying to figure out why it caused the over heating.
Thanks for any comments.
