06 head problem?

Hi
My H3 is within the VIN range of the head with leaking valve issue.

I have 70k and no problem reported so far.
I'm lucky or the head issue is not affecting all the engines 3.5 06 within the suspected VIN?

I have an 06’ and the original owner w/ 107k on the odometer. No head issues here either.
