Hey, all! I’ve been a Hummer fan for as long as I can remember. GM kinda broke my heart by killing my two favorite companies (Hummer and Pontiac) at the same time during the bailout. To add insult to injury, they have pretty much erased Hummer from their websites and heritage collection leaving us with almost nothing to preserve the brand with. I felt it necessary to preserve the brand’s essence and what a dealership environment felt like as best I can since GM wasn’t going to do it. I used to work for Classic Chevrolet-Hummer, and convinced the owner to let me start taking home things from the dealership in the interest of creating a museum down the road. Below are pictures of what I rescued from the dealership, and acquired from individuals so far. Please excuse some of the pictures. They were taken mid-move between upgrading homes, and other misc. locations! Eventually I will build a shop and have a dedicated space for the brand. If you have anything of significance to the brand or a dealership, please let me know! I’d love to add to the collection.

Alright, we’ll start big. Really big. Like massive letters saved from the dumpster that spell out H-U-M-M-E-R

Up next are these large signs. One is glass, one is plastic. They used to hang on the reception desk and detail bays respectively. More details ok the pictures in the background later.

Here is a showroom vehicle info display. Complete with factory correct paint chips, cloth samples and accessory/model info cards. It stands 6’ tall.

Thanks guys. No, the house wasn’t upgraded just for this. That has been a long time coming. Here is part of a showroom merchandise display cabinet that used to live ins front of the parts desk. It currently houses flyers, brochures and the like. I chose to have a few of the more interesting brochures framed

Next up is the rest of the merchandise cabinet. In it, are artifacts from a bygone automotive era. Salesman training videos, products training CDs, informational books available only to dealerships, model Hummer kit (again dealership exclusive), and much more! What do you see? 0E1D7F0F-61B5-4512-B2CB-6BA3760C95B7.jpeg9FA8A8DD-DF78-4C02-AAFD-FEDFB605E8EF.jpeg3231CBE6-5AC4-417B-A0D1-007C8DA52785.jpegFD0C1108-7624-4FA5-ADEB-EB81CF8CE59A.jpegF7832C90-B37F-40CE-87B2-C7F2681466F8.jpeg858DFD7D-8228-4A35-BD65-EBDEDDC95105.jpeg4C2882E6-3D8C-4CD9-B889-405A31060131.jpegCB852035-B9E9-47AE-8EA2-80A9792785F0.jpeg02FDB7BB-C869-433F-8E90-75559154948F.jpeg50891087-C528-4BB3-89B2-5B9CAED49892.jpeg14F671A1-00CF-40AD-824B-347865702796.jpeg96F39B6D-B9E1-453C-9688-914AF8D862CD.jpeg6CCC25AA-61EE-491E-855B-DD3F236F8398.jpegA01E3926-F70E-40C9-B652-0A19C5BEB105.jpeg1E1962AD-55D5-4928-B18B-4B60B4951DD5.jpegF99E3810-6AC1-42EA-A8DF-CC4B37C5EAA9.jpeg

That's awesome! I didn't realize there was an H3T Sportsman version that came with 350+ hp from the factory

4.56 and fox piggy back shocks were interesting to. Wonder if they actually ever made any of those

The sportsman used a torque cam provided by GM. I remember seeing the part number on this site long time ago but the part was discontinued also long time ago. Obviously GMs cam would be more expensive than many of the aftermarket cams that you can get based on your application
