There is a buyer for just about anything. I sold one of the new old stock ones for right close to that as well.

Doubt it, most people are looking for a name brand bolt on lift solution. The idea of chopping off the stock suspension completely tends to be the domain of the diy hard core crowd, in the small offroad H3 world is a very tiny segment.
