Side Mirror Problem

Hey guys. I have not posted here for a long time. I still have my Yellow H2 (TONKA). Just been busy with life. I need suggestions on how to fix my Side Mirror problem. Both and L and R side mirrors will NOT automatically fold. I can fold them by hand. But if will UNFOLD using the control button. I also have problem with the actual mirrors moving or shifting when driving, (I can manually set the angle I want). Then it will start moving when driving at high speed because of the wind. The motor barely move the mirrors side to side, and up/down. It still have power.

What is the best way to fix this? Replace the entire mirrors (which I heard is expensive). Any less expensive way to fix this? Thanks.
