Replacing fog light bulbs

Hi I looked on YouTube for a video didn't find anything. How di I change the fog light bulbs. Do I take the bumper or grille off or the skid plate. Can someone please advise

You should be able to get to it between the small gap in the fender and front bumper without having to take anything off. Took a quick picture of it and you can see the bulb without removing anything.
