Hi all
I'm going to be cranking the torsion to level the h3. I will be adding the 5100s as far as shocks go. What do you recommend for bump stops

At the moment you have two options,

1. the trail duty bump stops which are 0.5" taller than stock, single rate and stiffer than oem but durable and 99% of people go with those

2. Oem bump stop from a different application (2000s tahoe/yukon/1500 series), those are progressive and the same length of the trail duty but made of a different compound so not as durable

I run both, and I believe the stiffer trail duty stops provide better handling on road than the oem alternative. But the tradeoff would be a harsher ride offroad.

I recommend stock bumps if you don't mind the ride on the road with the bars cranked. Anything longer limits the suspension travel off-road. If I had to go longer, I'd definitely prefer the progressive ones from the full-size or 3/4 ton (whichever fits).

I've had both TD extended and OEM stock length and I prefer the OEM stock length for daily driving and offroad. I prefer the ride with OEM.

Keep in mind whatever you go with, the amount you crank your torsion bars will affect how much the h3 nose dives when braking.
B4 getting the extended stops I was nose diving alot when cranked at 23.5" hub center to fender lip. The td stops eliminated that except in very hard braking situations.
Ride quality is subjective and what i like is different than someone else so you may need to experiment on what works for you.

Exactly. For me, a bit of nosedive was preferred vs. the ride quality of the TD parts. You won't know for yourself until you try the options.
