So I got ARB diff breather kits sitting around
It allows up to 4 connections

Now for a water crossing experts

Is it good idea to connect both axels AND transmission and TC to same unit?
Or do I want to separate axels and transmission/TC ?

It shouldn't matter, ultimately they are all going to outside air so whether or not they use the same breather or not doesn't really matter. Unless the breather itself becomes fully clogged and say a diff over pressurizes and then causes the others to pressurize as well, but that is an extremely unlikely scenario.

Tube that comes with it too plastic for my taste I’ll switch to silicone.
And thinking of mounting high on firewall so shortest run will be Transm or front diff ~4/5’

That is only if “filter” opening closes up but it’s ~3/8” in diam so it’s unlikely
