I used the 5.75 LED Projector Headlights which fit nicely inside the existing reflector. I set the oven to 240 and put them in for 20 minutes. I then took them out and they came apart very easily, just make sure you lift up the clips as you pry them open with a small flat head screwdriver.
If you've never done this, check out this video for a better idea:

After letting them cool, I took the small chrome piece that covers the bulb in the middle which is held on by 1 screw. Right where the screw screws into is a small base that is chrome and on the inside of the reflector which is kind of in the way of the cooling fins on the projector light. You will see what I mean once you try aligning and fitting your light so that it is vertical and aiming straight ahead. I used a Dremel to cut that area so that the fins wouldn't prevent it from adjusting to where I wanted it.
To mount the headlight to the housing, I used two metal straps and riveted them to the back of the metal fins of the LED Projector and pulled them out the back along with the wire and riveted them to the edge of the hole. There may be better or easier ways, depending on what you want to do but this worked for me and it's nice and solid even after shaking them around.
For the wiring you need some h4 to h13 adapter plugs, they come in pairs but you will only need one of them. You will also need a negative switching relay kit for the lights, otherwise the lights will not work at all.
To seal the rear hole where the cable comes out, I used liquid tape to seal it up. I also added some clear sealant around the edges of the headlight housing to help seal and prevent moisture.
