Put on an Aries 4078 brush guard. I guess the defelice winch bumper is a little different than stock, because man those upper brackets were a pita.

Picked up a JK switch / relay system off Amazon and modified it to fit the Alpha. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Have a little bit of plastic trimming to do to fit the last two switches.

This is perhaps the cheapest and nicest rocker switches install I have seen. If I didn't have a zwitch pros, this would be what I want.

Looks good, did you have to drill in the chassis or are there already fixing hols in it for the 4th Tow Hook ?

This Thor bumper had chamfers for where to drill. But to make the tow hook usable I used a chain and nuts to fit it to the hook plate. Wrapped the chain around the hitch assembly

Ordered some skyjacker black shocks and a front differential bushing. I don't hard off road or rock crawl so they should be good for my setup. Diff bushing is shot looking but feels solid. I'm going to change it for peace of mind.

Got the old one out! Put the new one in. Didn't take pics while putting it in, I was working! That was rather difficult. But , it is done and hopefully lasts another 100k miles.

Finally put the shocks on. Had to cut the top nut off on the front [emoji44]shocks! They were rust welded on. I haven't test driven it yet but they have to be better than the crusty 100+ thousand mile stock ones.

I put a new horn in. The old one just buzzed when you hit the horn. It still buzzes with the new one when I use the remote to lock or unlock. It's loud when actually hitting the horn or press the panic on the remote. Do all of the h3's do that?......

To me it sounds like it may not be getting full 12V to the horn? I'd try a volt meter at the horn connection. If voltage is low, I'd check relay, fuse, and ground to the horn.

Mine is a little softer when just pressing the lock button on the remote but doesn't "buzz". I think it's a little softer because of the short duration.
