Won't start

So my h3t won't start. It makes a clicking noise and the dials shiver about. Help please quickly!!

Check your battery connections - do they move at all? Tighten them up. But it really just sounds like a dead battery.

Only if you have the C.T.I.S. (center tire illumination switch)

I'm running Rock Star rims with 17 Led lights bars with stock axles on 38's. So why can't I go over 60 mph......................... Should I do a engine swap? I have never been off road in my life,but I feel I need more HP.
