Picked up a 1950 Willy's pickup. It has 15k original miles. Engine is 250 inline 6, 3 speed manual, 5.38 gears(which are actually stock) and 2 speed transfer case with overdrive. I haven't decided what route I want to go with it but i have time since its not road worthy yet.

Right now I'm just going to get it drive able. New battery, brake lines and brakes, new fuel lines, and a tuneup.

Some people do mustang II swaps but that would require making it 2wd. I've also seen s10 frame swaps.

I do need to figure out a good solution for the steering since its not really setup to go over 55mph

Thanks everyone. I got it all cleaned up. Have a bunch of parts ready to go on. New starter, battery cables/terminals, fuel lines, fuel filter, and fuel pump. Also need to drop the fuel tank and clean it out
