Pretty sure the plug with the gray tab went to the oem head unit. If I remember right that is the speaker plug.

If you have the factory head unit. Put it back in to see if the brake problem goes away. If it doesn't, then take it to gm.

I don't think you can change just the clutch coil. I believe you have to change the whole compressor.

HVAC controller talks to the computer. Pretty sure that has nothing to do with blowing that fuse. But I don't have that schematic.

I used a razor scraper you would use to scrape paint. Took a little time but it worked. Then sanded the plastic and covered it with bed liner.
A chrome plating shop may be able to remove it for...

The h3 didn't come with an actual pcv valve. That's supposed to be taken care of by something inside the valve cover. Baffles I believe. On my h3 they didn't work well.
If just go get a pcv valve...

I found mine off several times. Original thought it was the service people who left it off.
Didn't take long for it to come off after I put it back on. Couldn't see anything wrong with mine either....
