Your symptoms (minus the filling tank thing) happened with me, was due to the fuel rail pressure sensor shorted not giving feedback to the pcm. Suggest you check the fuel rail pressure using an obd2...

I saw a post on insta by phoenix hummer repair, they teased vdawgs old rancho kit amd said they will be building knuckles out of billet.
As for the ome leaf springs, afaik they are completely out...
Exactly! I had to do it twice and i think if I do it a third time ill be able to clear 39" tires on my rig with the 2" body lift.
But anyway, i read somewhere that fully tightened the arms are stock...
If complexity isnt an issue id run a trigger off the ac compressor for the low speed, instal a 300 psi switch for the high speed, so ac wouldnt suffer if the fans arent working with a cold engine in...
3/16 is nothing. The tie rod should be parallel to the LCA and I guess you are damn close to that!

I recall a few ppl found incomplete lift kits, 1 side knuckle and where posting here and on fb looking for another side. If those guys still own their H3s, id bet they still have the knuckle...
Depending on Whats your budget...
You can supercharge it, thats 150 hp/tq added at the minimum and will set you back 8K.
Otherwise, put a torque cam in it to bump low end torque, possibly 1K...
For arguments (discussion actually) sake,
High angle cvs
Adjustable ucas (for camber) with higher articulation ball joint
Tie rods with heims
Can you just cut the uca metal stop 1" down and...

Well I first mounted the griffin using the side plastic mounts for the H3 oem radiator. I used all the H3 oem accessory brackets and also the H3(truck) water pump so the hoses point to the passenger...
Predator build a hinged over the hood bush gaurd. As for a stock one, havent seen one.
When I did my body lift, i raised by bush gaurd 1" to match the body. I cut the holes in the bush gaurd mount...

Probably a better idea would be to cut the stub shaft 1.5" and respline it (essentially making the middle section shorter). But that will add to cost.
Assuming the numbers you got are spot on.
...
I dont know if the outer diameter is different, but the H2 ones are 33 splines and use the same nut. Rockauto shows them to be 17" long, so with the stub shaft thats 22" long, will need a 3" spacer...
Is there a 1.5" shorter one? Assuming it plugs into the diff and uses the same axle seal, it may work.
But overall, are those cvs stronger than the H3s cvs or weaker?

Interesting. On my griffin the fan did fit but my issue was it hit the intake coming out of the manifold. Only way around this was to go with a truck intake which raises the whole tubing 4" UP. I...
Is there a taller one of those? Being 4" shorter the angles will go big on the cvs earlier since you have a shorter leaver. But they do have double the angles so why not.

Yeah go for 4.56 gearing and downgrade to the 2.6:1 tcase. From my experience in the dunes with roughly 50 trips I used 4LO once and that was in a very very soft bit off sand and wanted to keep my...
The H3 radiator tank is made of plastic and cracks. The sealant is temporary and you should replace the radiator anyway.
As for the tstat, as Zebra said, but usually it sticks open and the engine...
Looks very fixable to me. Better pictures of the front tow hook area as wheel as the tire to fender clearance with the wheels pointing straight

If its shorter why not use the H3 outers?
