Don't think you can get that. Every windshield I had replaced (and I went through quite a few). Came with that rubber piece already attached.

The underhood blanket was available as an accessory. It wasn't available long. My H3 was the only H3 I ever saw that had one.

When I tried LEDs in my backup lights. The autodim in the rear view mirror stopped working.
For turn signals to not indicate you have a burned out bulb you will need a load resistor
