Oh sweet, my dad is getting one of these for Christmas, even though he doesn't need a walking stick. Very cool.

Just be aware that "stun guns" don't work like in the movies. They don't render people unconcious for 30 minutes. All they do is hurt like heck until you stop, and then it's over. It always annoys the heck out of me when the movies show someone getting stunned or TASERed and falling down unconcious. The instant that thing shuts off you better have a plan B, cause he's either gonna run away, or be REALLY pissed off!

It is a cool gadget though!

It's all fun and games until the bad guy takes it away from you and uses it on you. It might work on the yappy dogs on a walk but I wouldn't use it on an assailant.

It would be great for dogs! In fact I have found that most of them run away cowering at just the sound of a TASER sparking. They really don't like the sound.
