There were only a few of us in town today and we ran a moderate trail- Seven Mile Rim. In the group was Jerry, Reloader, backcountry, ajk150 and myself. Seven Mile is a more scenic trail with a lot of ledges where you can pick lines from mild to challenging. There's one optional obstacle called Wipeout Hill that most of us bypass each time as the chance for breakage is fairly high due to the steep climp with lots of little ledges.

When we got to Wipeout Hill I was prepared to brief the others on the optional obstacle and the chances of success (or failure) but there was already a Jeep there that did the talking for us. He got up most of the way, did a small bounce and slid to the side. This happened before we got there.

When we got there, the Jeepers were figuring out what to do and Kaleb and Jerry simply went to work, hooking up additional winch lines. Everyone soon decided on a recovery action and the Jeep was rotated and lowered/driven down the obstacle. The Jeep ran fine despite the roll. Two wires came off the beadlocks but with Reloader's Powertank and a bit of shampoo they were able to reset the beads and reinflate the two tires. A couple of pieces of fan shroud were broken away to give the fan clearance as it began rubbing. We were able to help with recovery, tires, engine, windshield removal, etc. One of the guys likened us to a pit crew - that was really cool.

Here it is, upright as it landed but 90 degrees in the wrong direction

Awesome view on the crack Alex. But think Parker takes the best pic. Looking forward to pics from the week.

Top of the World trail today. Not difficult but long with lots of ledges of increasing difficulty as you get to the top. Mikkel had to bow out as it appears that he may have a stretched chain in his H1 but that's still TBD.

On to the pics

He had his Tcase torn down and inspected but nothing was found to be wrong. Having had my share of Tcase issue through the years, several in that truck, and after driving Mikkel's truck today I am 95% convinced it is the chain in his Tcase. We will check a couple of more things in the AM. We tore down his front diff, checked front prop shaft, u joints, half shafts, replaced one on the off chance it would help and found nothing.

Great photos, thanks for sharing.

Yes, I had the T-case inspected recently. I'm keeping an open mind about what the cause of the noise is.
