This is listed in the Wenatchee Washington area. Not sure what these are worth, but it seems like a decent price maybe. I think he also has the brush guard listed for $150.

The small H3T carry-off box outer dimensions are 25.5" x 11" x 10.5". I have 2 of these boxes and they are a great for storing stuff/tools. I'm being sarcastic, sorry I know it's hard to tell on the internet.

but in all seriousness that is a Ford badge that they put on their 'Police Interceptor' Crown Victorias a.k.a. P71s. I owned one for 5 years and I currently own a civilian Crown Vic. fairly familiar with the cars.
