I was out bid at $22,000 , what should this sell for?

I nice 2001 wagon could sell for anywhere from 45-50K. That one needs wheels and tires, probably paint and a lot of interior work. Don't know if AC, CTIS etc works. I also don't know about service or mechanical condition. I would say knock 20K off of the price range for a purchase price.

Looks like it's going out for $26,650.00 in less then 1hour.
