Hey guys, newbie here... This site rocks with all the good information 'bout Hummers, hopefully i can contribute some stuff too in the future and join whenever possible off-road. I drive a 2008 H2 Lux package..recently replaced the tires with 38" Toyo MT on black Rockstar rims...gm green keys cranked 2" and 1.5" rear coil spacer. Suspensions, steering and driveline mods soon.....:)

Welcome from a fellow Canadian!

Super short notice, but you might be interested in the offroad event we are throwing in the Annapolis Valley this weekend (details here: http://www.backcountry4x4club.ca/). It would be great to see another HUMMER out on the trails with me - let alone another black H2! :)

AW, thanks for the invite though i can't make it, that weekend is already booked for the family camping. It's nice to see Hummers out on the trails and gettin' dirty .

Welcome to the forum.

Hey Paladine, i see you have the Powerplant winch also, how do you like it?....i broke mine the 2nd time i've used it...the planetary gear turned to pieces and this happened on 500ft. of deep mud. I have to borrow one of the H2's winch just to get out of it. Warn fixed it under warranty and i don't have any problems after that, just do a regular maintenance on the gears, making sure there's a good amount of grease and no water contamination.
