Auggie won't sell you junk, he said there's a few scratches, otherwise great shape--that's what he means!
Google H3 nerf bars if you really don't know what they look like. He's damn near giving them away, at this point pictures are moot anyway...
As for hardware---if you've got a good nut and bolt supply place nearby, you could be $20 or $30 tops from putting stainless hardware on when you install. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and you're going to pay thru the nose, yeah, the price difference will be that much.
