Looking forward to seeing Trekker, Trailbreaker, Hummjay, Rugged, Chastan and any of the others that haven't made it to Moab the last few trips. Hope April is epic.

I think we have yet to get ALL of us in Moab at the same time. I have been in Moab once when Rugges was there, but was working and did not wheel with him.
I missed Trekker by one week.
Wheeled with Chastan, Hummjay and son, Trailbreaker (who need to bring his bother this time with his JK).

April could be the best trip yet!

Guys I havent talked about this on here much yet because I didnt want to get my hopes up but I would say I am about 50% on going right now. I have got some details from Tim and seeing what I can do to get out there.

The week after EJS works best for Kira and I as we will be at EJS this year. Whatever dates are decided, let's get them set in stone sooner than later.

Do you guys usually camp or go with a hotel? I am still in the planning phase and still waiting to see if I can go but I am thinking about the details

Also, I have never been there so I have no clue what to expect. Am I going to be limited without a 4:1 case? I am hoping to swap it out before april but am not sure if I can get it done. I did add a rear locker though! So i am just wondering what my limitations are.

Chris,

People handle lodging in every way possible. Some people stay in campgrounds, some throw up tents in Neo's backyard, some do hotels, some split rental condos, etc. I usually split a room with my brother(s). Might try to find someone to split a cabin or room with if you don't want to camp out.
Alex ran Moab many times without the 4:1 T case or a rear locker. There is a lot you can do.

April 9 thru 15 is perfect for me, as this is my son's spring break week. Otherwise, he can't come with. But anyways, come to think of it, he's a senior this year, has a gorgeous GF, and has his own wheels... oh shoot. On second thought, why would he want to hang out that week with good ol' mom??! Hmmm.... maybe his GF will want to go?

And oh yeah, Chris, I don't have lockers or any of that fancy transfer case stuff and I had a blast. Heck, some of my most difficult parts of the trails were easy... especially when Dave et. al. would winch me up and over! :emb: :)

Janice while your son may not want to hang with mom for a week how could turn down getting to hang with a bunch of cool guys like us? ( oh yeah, you said he had his own wheels, a gorgeous GF, etc...guess that is how ) :)
