Hummer 2 2008 - No lights on Center Dashboard, no radio, or HVAC. Too hot here in Florida for this

I have had leaking from my roof (I have the sunroof closed almost all the time), but in heavy rains, water drips down from the center lights on the roof to the ground. But here is the problem. It is 102 degrees today and the center console (the one with the radio and HVAC controls) seems to have lost power. I have no radio, no air. Checked some of the fuses but not all. Help. I'd like to have the radio working BUT the HVAC is much more important. I tried calling all the Hummer repairs here in Jacksonville, but they all seem to have a 2 week or more wait time for service.
