I would like to express our gratitude for all that Dan has done to support this forum. He is one of the founding members of H4O and has always provided a steady voice in guiding us forward whenever there were turbulent patches. Dan's support has been tremendous, from supplying us with the smilies we use today, to providing the long banner stickers to moderating the Garage.

Dan, thanks a bunch for everything. And for those wishing to thank Dan, please go to his EvilSRT page and give it a Like: https://www.facebook.com/TheEvilSRT?fref=ts. He's got one badass 300SRT8!

Thanks for all of your work, Dan. Keep on popping in like you do!

I don't know much about muscle cars but your SRT is damned nice looking. Looking forward to continuing to follow Evil SRT!!

Dan,

Always thought we would get out on the dirt trails together. Sorry to see you go but I am assuming you will keep in touch once in awhile.

Thanks for all...

Thanks guys. I'll still be on the forum but I'm not going to have a cool title anymore. That's all. I just don't have the necessary time right now to maintain that type of membership here. Like Alex said, I've watched this place grow from the ground up and now we've got 1,3xx members, 5,xxx threads and almost 100k posts! There's no doubt in my mind that H4O will continue to grow and succeed with Alex, Dave, Mark and Luis holding the reins.

Hey I just went and bought a 2013 SRT Charger. What a ride! This car is so damn fast I am counting down the days until I lose my license!! Maybe I will see you at the SRT track experience? I haven't selected a race track yet, but I will soon!

Dan, I want to express my sincerest gratitude and thank you for everything you have done for this forum. You were like Moses bringing us to our new home after we were exiled from our other place. We took a leap of faith together, the 5 of us, when we decided we needed to build a forum from scratch. Look at what we've accomplished and I hope that we will continue to make you proud of what you helped build. We couldn't have done it without you brother. Those are things that will never be forgotten. If/when you are ready and have the time to come back full bore, let us know. Plus, we all know that you aren't really going anywhere. This place is what it is because of your and the other mods' efforts. So it always will be your home forum.

Dan an irish blessing for you in your future travels:
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

May God be with you and bless you:
May you see your children's children.
May you be poor in misfortune,
Rich in blessings.
May you know nothing but happiness
From this day forward.

May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the warm rays of sun fall upon your home
And may the hand of a friend always be near.

May green be the grass you walk on,
May blue be the skies above you,
May pure be the joys that surround you,
May true be the hearts that love you.

And blessed may be your 300SRT8's track times!
Many Thanks Dan, sla'inte.

Dan, Thanks for everything buddy. Stay as active as you can. Angela, you trade cars more than I do, I love it. We need pictures.

I felt like a professional car flipper this year and I'm not quite done flipping yet lol. I traded in my diesel pickup for the charger, and then bought a mustang and sold it right after I bought it. I barely even have many pictures of it. But 3 muscle cars in the driveway was too much. After owning the SRT it's such a wow car. It's seriously fast and people love it wherever I go. Initially I was thinking of making a set and getting a grand cherokee SRT. But then I found the one I want, the hummer replacement, unfortunately it wll only be available late this year. I got to see it first hand at the new york auto show last month and fell in love with it the moment I sat in the drivers seat. I'm going to say it so don't kill me or ban me :) i decided on the grand cherokee diesel overland. It's an amazing SUV and it gets in the high 20s mpg. My driveway this morning looks like real life hot wheels :) When the cherokee finally lands in my driveway I'm sure I'll take plenty of pictures.

I haven't seen the new diesel Jeep yet. No auto shows so far this year for me. From reading the magazines it sounds like Jeep is making some good moves. Looking forward to the pictures.

Mmmmmhmmmm! 392 in Bright white! Or is that the 3-coat ivory? Either way great choice. If you need any advice on modding it let me know.

Bright white. I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do with this car mod-wise. One thing I noticed and I gave this feedback to the guys at SRT is that the car needs to be louder. It doesn't sound beastly enough for my tastes. I'm worried about how to do an exhaust without too much interior drone. I still want to listen to the totally awesome Harmon kardon system while driving. The other things I can think so far are cold air intake and a catch can for the engine. I'm not sold on a super charger yet. Other than horsepower I don't know what it's going to give me that I don't already have.

Exhaust is tricky when you have MDS (which the first gen SRT's didn't have thankfully) because that's when the drone kicks in. BUT... if you don't care about losing the MDS and if you get a Diablosport predator, inTune or Trinity you can get a custom tune from somebody where they will turn the MDS off. Then no worries about drone.

The Corsa exhaust is probably the best system out there for these cars but it's also the most expensive.
