Haha i have sprayed the cars behind me with mud a lot already haha.

Btw i noticed that the h3 had trouble keeping high rpms while mudding, the gas pedal was on the floor and only around 2000 rpms, i was told that for mudding you want a higher rpm to keep the mud flying so you dont get stuck. So am i doing something wrong or what?

What selection did you have on the dash controls?
It was probably constantly trying to brake the spinning wheels.
BTW if you have a winch you should be less likely to use the high rpm self destruct method knowing you have options.:)
Yea clean up is a mess. I'm wanting to make me a short pistol grip wand for my power washer to get up in the fenders wells easier.

you gotta hold the button for like 5-10 seconds and stabilitrak will help keep the RPMs up...I am getting ready for "muddin season" every year I am getting closer to being done with the mud, its a pain to clean but its fun. I like wide open areas because of the smaller dirt roads that turn into a mud fest end up giving out and sending my ass into a sinkhole on the verge of rolling over!

I love mud.. Tis a pain in the arse too clean up afterwards, but it tis fun... You have to hold the stabilitrak button down for about 10 seconds, and then it will indicate so on your dash.. I had the same problem when I went to the dunes, and did not realize that I had to actually hold it down..

Yep when I first got mine I did some mall crawling up a snow hill only to nearly get stuck because I couldn't get stabilitrak off.. I was pretty embarrassed but that night did research

Now i understand why sheet skids arent made...it would be such a pain to clean them, not to mention all the mud trapped in there.
