Here are the details Id like to see if some of you can shed some light on what to look for with a 1995 and also an acceptable price.

1995 Hummer H1 HMC4 Four man hard top truck finished in black with grey deluxe cloth interior. This is a one owner truck out of Kentucky that has only 42,000 actual miles. One of our employees drove the truck back 540 miles from where we bought it without issue. Truck is a H1 so it has been off road, but not abused. The truck has been repainted black it was not this color originally, and could use some spots touched up. Truck does have CTIS but it is unhooked due to a leak in the lines. A/C has been upgraded to the 1997.5 system but the compressor is bad. Trucks radio location has been filled with a CB radio, but this was equipped with audio when new, and does have speakers in the truck, it will need a head unit if you want radio. unit is 100% AS-IS

AC compressors are cheap. CTIS leaks are usually cheap to fix but can take some time running down the leak. Is the CTIS compressor still good? Radios are cheap. If the compressor has been dead for a long time there can be other issues with the AC system. 6.5 NA motor is a work horse. Truck is mechanical, no turbo, PMD etc so relatively bullet proof. 4L80E transmission is a very common, dependable tranny. Can be worked on by any tranny shop. Check balljoints, idler, pitman, centerlink, tie rods and Tcase for proper operation and condition. HMC4s are great trucks and 95 is a really good year. Based on condition 22-32K.I would say lower end of the scale for this one.
