2015 spring event?

I dont see anything on the 2015 spring meet. Is this going to be the week after Easter? I have a business trip to Singapore around the end of March. So I am trying to set this trip up so that I can make it back to Moab this spring. I think I can schedule my work trip before or after this but I need a date.
