Yes, with out a question, but not the electric golf cart version. That's terrible and for 20k price tag, yikes.

I would commute in the mini hummer. I wonder if it at least gets good gas mileage

I'm pretty sure it's electric. if I were to buy a golf cart I would definitely buy one of these.
