I've been searching on here and maybe my phone is not cooperating with me but I can find any info on adapters and such that's needed to swap out factor nav head unit with an aftermarket one. Any help would be appreciated.

You probably need the following:

This if you have oem subwoofer: http://www.amazon.com/GMOS-04-OnSta...e=UTF8&qid=1408122492&sr=8-7&keywords=gmos+01

This dash trim kit: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...Uny4FtvERoGsYx8H1NdKJns3D1d4vw0FGuxoC_5Pw_wcB

And an antenna adapter from wally world:http://www.walmart.com/ip/23014644?...33582510&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=19880599990&veh=sem

If your going to do it yourself you will need some wire strippers/crimpers and some butt connectors. They are sold at Walmart in the car audio section.

I think everything you need can be bought at your local Walmart.

Not to sound like I love walmart or anything.. just the truth.

Crutchfield has them. Just did mine and there are 2 different ones. One of them retains all of the factory stuff like door chimes, onstar and such. The other I thiink just had provisions for steering wheel audio controls added(not even sure if that was an option for us). They are pricey but they gave me a 50% discount for purchasing my head unit through them too. Might be able to find them somewhere cheaper but here is the link to get part numbers and double check that they will work for you.
