Not too worry my 1/4" steel rear bumper and rhino spare tire carrier set up is more would make up for the additional weight...i might have to move the coil bucket 1 hole or so once the ARB and winch are on. Getting my pcm reprogram for the 5.13's and 35"s, and I got squeaky' s old pcm which I'm having reprogram for 40/42"s. Since those will be my off-road tires. Should be fun, hopefully that helps the I5 lol. If not then the 6.6 dirtymax with Allison might have to happen sooner than expected.

I think I'm ok with the stock tongue of the m1102 plenty of space maybe a tight fit for the pintle hitch when I mount the spare 40/42"s

Installed a much wanted and needed ARB front bumper, and for pair it for the mean time with a cheap 12k harbor freight that I picked up for $400 with a 2 yr warranty...i was afraid the ARB wings would get on the way but there's plenty of spaces for them 42"s

New water pump and fan clutches are installed, had to go find me a strap wrench in order to loose the water pump pulley, that ate 2 hrs of wrenching time. Also I discovered that my new alternator has a different connection plugs I guess I messed up and order one for the 3.5 and not the 3.7, hopefully I can get this fixed tomorrow since the eBay seller lives in van Nuys, CA, tomorrow I should have time to install the new, steering pump, idle pulley, belt tensioner, and motor mounts tomorrow.
I also installed my 5 gal Vaiar tank and air compressor. Need some 90 elbow in order to plug it up...so far PANZER is getting a nicer configuration and I couldn't be prouder 🖤🖤🖤🤣🤣

Is it just me or is the gap between the grille and bumper pretty wide?

1" body lift would do that to you I'm gonna get a piece of flat 1/4" or 1/8 to cover it up.

Installed the new steering pump and belt tensioner, as well was able to replace driver side motor mount. After 108k miles and 10 year it needed replacement...i also was able to get my alternator swap since the one I got first had a different connector. Tomorrow I should have the truck back running.

I am curious, can you hear a bad motor mount while driving or did you just spot it when you were under there?

Why not get rid of the body lift since you have a SAS now?

Because of 42"s sir that are coming some time in Feb or April...not to mention I might have to step up to a 3" body lift when that 6.6 D-Max and Allison combo gets drop in.
