Yeah...thats OEM glare package. Very rare.
Yes the worst lights ever designed. They came stock on my 06 truck and they really do nothing but reflect off of the front windshield!

Yeah and guess what else? Don't leave them on with the covers in place...the covers melt to the lamps.
