176K is a fair bit, but it is also being sold by a Ford dealer, they probably just want to get rid of it.

Considering the low-ball start on my old 2008 Alpha as trade in was 7k (157k miles)... I can see that being a real price, but at 176k, you best be buying the warranty - and that'll add 4k to the price... it's also in Ohio, where they salt the roads, so a bit of corrosion and that price might be a bit steep.
