So about 1 year ago I got M1102 from my bro. And after learning my lesson with previous trailer I desired to test few thing before this build.

Idea was to build off-road camper just like a previous one but better.

I did use lots of parts that got left over from previous trailer that was scraped.

So I tested out some ideals:

It passed with flying colors.
I got to work. With my fabrication skills being questionable at best I decided to use existing shells to mod.

I got this on Craigslist for $500

Using 1/8 aluminum sheets I fabbed this:

Being a camo color I matched it with spray paint from Home Depot with similar texture

Keeping up with OEM style it all riveted. Have about ~5k by now on and off road and trailer is doing great.
I'll post some better pics later.

That's looking really good!

What are the plans for the interior of the trailer? or is it solely for storage and gear?

I have RV ac/heater. I insulated it and made floor fender-well height. Still have to do interior wiring and deal with condensation. We slept in it few nights in Yellowstone and with 4 people I was getting a lot of condensation on walls inside plus heater was working like crap. It would heat for ~2/3 min and then blows cool air, after I bypassed t-stat it worked great for 5 min and I think I burned out heating element .

It looks little different now those pics are before we went to Yellowstone. I had to finish lots of thinks before we left.
