I wanted to add small little table in the back. I got the idea from another forum.

Used an old skim board for the wood.

Next was the storage in the back. So, I wanted drawers that would also fold down into a sleep platform.

Here is what I started with. It's terrible I know.

Turned into this a bit later.

It's a good start, and the nice thing about building something with wood scraps and what not is that it's very easy to take apart and try a different approach till you get it just right.

We all start where we can and it does the most good for our needs. Main thing is that you are doing mods that suit your purposes. Nice start!

Looks good, best part is if you end up not liking a particular set up you're not out a lot of money.

Right! I was looking for a setup that would allow for a sleep platform, but also be able to fold the back seats up for passengers. This is the best I came up with. So far it is working well

Here's my auxiliary battery. Right now I don't have much connected to it. There is also a 80a solenoid under the hood. The aux battery has a quick disconnect that you can see on the left

I would consider mounting the battery under the hood, must safer than strapped down in the back. Plenty of threads here on how to do it at minimal cost.

Yeah, that's coming next. Strapping it down is very temporary.
