H3 alpha weird front end noise.

I have a weird humming noise around 30-40 coming from what sounds like the driver side. I also have a vibration in the gas pedal when its humming?

Humming? Maybe if you learn the words the sound will go away.

Or, does it matter if in gear or coasting? Accelerating or coasting? Humming, not growling or grinding?

I wish!! It does it both but vibrates more when im on the throttle. It does have a new cv axle on the driver side

What brand CV? Hate to say it, more issues have popped up on non OEM CVs. I do run non OEM myself

If the only thing that has changed is the CV, then that's a likely culprit. Ideally, swap it out with OEM if you can get that done

Humming makes me think of the all too familiar pinion bearing going bad symptom. If the C/V swap doesn't make it go away, pull the front driveshaft and put the T-case in 4 hi-lock, then see if the noise is gone. If it's gone, its probably the pinion bearing or something else in the diff.
